CHAS - Construction Health & Safety Assessment Scheme
Our accreditation to this health and safety scheme is assessed annually by a fully qualified health and safety professional. The CHAS scheme is highly regarded across the construction industry, providing clients with an assurance as to the excellent health and safety policies and procedures employed by the contractor.
FENSA - Fenestration Self-Assessment Scheme
We are eligible to self assess window and door replacements. Set up by the GGF (Glass and Glazing Federation) to help protect Clients.

PCSA - Preston Construction Safety Association
An independent company who we employ to carry out random monthly inspections of all our sites. The inspections are carried out by highly qualified Health and Safety Professionals which measure our performance against a 17 key criteria.
