Craig Hambling founded the company more than 30 years ago and continues to drive the company forward in his role as Managing Director. Craig has put in place an experienced and loyal management team who have been in place for several years, ensuring the stability and expertise was in place as the company grew in terms of turnover and profit levels over the last decade.
We have in place a talented and experienced site-based team. Some of our Site Managers have worked in the industry for over 30 years, with a high level of training accreditation. However, we recognise the need to balance experience with youth and have been operating a highly successful and award-winning apprenticeship programme for the past 15 years.
