Originally under the Elevate now Regenerate Framework. Face Lifting and group repairs to Private Housing
We have been working on housing regeneration schemes in Rossendale for the past 15 years. This includes the current partnering contract, which falls under the Regenerate Framework. We have carried out numerous phases during the course of the partnership, which have predominantly been face-lifting of terraced properties (sand-blasting, pointing and rendering), whilst carrying out refurbishments and replacements of garden walls, footpaths and communal areas.
In the early years of the partnership, we also carried out group repair schemes to properties, which involved new roofs, windows and doors, as well as external face-lifting.
